Quick, easy recipe to satisfy your tummy (and your sweet tooth!)


What you will need:
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Spinach
  • Italian Herb seasoning (Salt, Pepper, Dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme, Tomato Powder)
  • Pasta of your choice (I used Spaghetti)
  1. Put uncooked pasta in a pot of boiling water, wait till al dente
  2. In a pan, pour olive oil (be generous if you wish) and saute garlic until brown
  3. Add spinach into pan, stir until wilted (1-2 minutes)
  4. Drain cooked pasta, then transfer it to the pan
  5. Add seasoning then toss everything until pasta is coated with the sauce
  6. Enjoy!

What you will need:
  • Filo wraps
  • Nutella
  • Crushed Almonds (or Hazelnuts)
  • Butter
  1. Preheat Oven to 180C (roughly 350F)
  2. Cut Filo in half vertically, then slice each half to three squares
  3. Butter all filo sheets
  4. Stack 3 on top of each other
  5. Drop a dollop of Nutella and some of the crushed almonds in the center
  6. Take all the sides of the square sheet, and twist together
  7. Place in baking tray, bake for 8-10 minutes
  8. Let it cool
  9. Enjoy!
*You can substitute Nutella with any filling that you like! My cousin loves it with Brie! :)
