I approached Sharina aka The Misty Mom a couple of weeks ago, and asked if she was willing to be featured in my What's In Her Makeup Bag series - thankfully she said yes! :) Shari is actually one of the first local beauty bloggers that I followed. She has an amazing blog filled with beauty reviews, some travel posts and entries solely dedicated to her beautiful baby girl!
My makeup bag content changes almost as frequently as I change my nail polish. The bag itself also adapts to what handbag I bring for the day. This Lanvin one is my makeup bag of the moment as we're currently travelling back and forth my parents' and in-laws' houses.
Inside I have — my Koji eyelash curler, an ultimate must-have for when I'm lazy to put on any other makeup; Chanel Creme Blush in Affinite, an instant wash of color on the cheeks that can be applied with or without a brush; NARS Laguna bronzer for when I'm in the mood to contour or just a healthy all-over glow; my favorite eyebrow product I can't live without, the MAC Fluidline Brow Gel Creme in Dirty Bonde; Chanel lipsticks in Exaltee and Seduisante, a bright pink and a light pink to keep up with my mood for the day; Guerlain Meteorites travel set for that subtle glow no one can put a finger on; Real Techniques Expert Face and Blush brushes for the cream blush and setting powder and MAC 208 for the brow gel creme.
For non-makeup items, I have my trusty cant-live-without and leave-the-house-without Clarins UV Plus HP Ecran Multi-Protection sunscreen. It's a mineral sunscreen that dries to a matte finish my skin absolutely loves.
Also included is Chloe EDP, my favorite everyday scent that perks me up instantly and Avene Thermal Spring Water spray that I use for toning right after washing my face, setting my makeup and for freshening up. It's an HG for the times when my face is dry, irritated and/or breaking out.------
As always, if you want to be featured, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org :)
