Three: Perfumes

What's the best way to welcome myself back online than do a whole new series on my blog? In this new "Three" series, I will be blogging my three favorites of a certain category. This time around, I'll be writing about my Top Three favorite perfumes:

1. Jo Malone Nectarine Blossom and Honey - I usually stay far away from sickeningly sweet perfume, but it all changed when I had a whiff of this perfume. It was literally a love at first sniff! I have the Lane Crawford attendant to thank for it. After seeing me grimace countless of times when I was smelling the whole Jo Malone cologne line, she laughed and offered me to smell Nectarine Blossom and Honey. Ahhh sweeeeet victory! My eyes lit up, I smiled giddily and... DONE & SOLD. I trotted happily out of the store. This one smells like that perfect summer day. Buy it here.
2. Silk by Zara - This perfume is so light and airy that it has been my go-to day time perfume. It doesn't have a very good staying power, but it is an EDT.. Who knew Zara makes exceptional perfumes, huh? (They have a dupe of Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb - it's called Black Peony) Not available online.
3. Chloe EDP - Not to be vain or anything, but this smells so good on me. I always find myself absentmindedly sniffing my wrist every time I spray this on, and I have lost count as to how many compliments have been given to me when I wear this. It has the perfect balance of floral and cleanliness (soap). I promise you'll smell tres chic when you wear this ;) It's a bit too expensive though, so I've only bought a roller ball of it - I've had it for months, and I've only used about 1/3s of it. It also has a fantastic staying power. Definitely worth it. Buy it here.

As of now, I've been itching to try the new perfume of Balenciaga called Florabotanica, Stella by Stella McCartney & Maison Martin Margiela's Untitled L' Eau.. What about you? :)

Btw, I am super glad to be back (albeit being a few thousand pesos poorer because of a faulty Macbook adapter)!
