How to: Shine bright like a Diamond

..or to those who have always aspire to become a member of the very (in)famous blood-sucking family.. fear no more, you can now achieve that sexy (sarcasm) Cullen glow just by using one one product: Hard Candy Glow All The Way Glamazon Bronze ($8).

Hello Glitter City!

I grabbed a tube of this while idly browsing the aisle of Walmart on my last day in LA. I'm not very familiar with the products of Hard Candy, but Glow All The Way stood out because of the fancy gold packaging. Lol fancy.. not. It's tacky, yes, but look at how much it shines! How can you not buy it!

But you know what, it's been almost half a year since I bought this but I still can't figure out how to use this properly! I tried using it as a highlighter, and it heavily accentuated my pores. I tried mixing it with my foundation but I had to wash my face after a few minutes because I literally looked like a disco ball. I was shimmery. I tried using it on my legs and looked like a waded in a pool of liquid gold. That's not a good thing, mind. I still prefer St. Tropez Insant Glow Body Lotion.

To be fair, the Glow All The Way in Doll Face has been getting really good feedbacks! I guess I just bought the wrong variant. The next time I try this, I think I will use the tiniest amount and mix it with my Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation.

* I'm not 100% sure, but I think the brand Hard Candy can be found exclusively at Walmart.

  1. It does look very shimmery. If you can't find use for it on your face, maybe use it on your arms?

I like that it's more red than orange. Parang slight sun burnt effect.
