Topshop blush in Head Over Heels

It's no secret that I'm a just little bit in love with Topshop makeup (I actually have a few Topshop lipsticks reviews on this blog). Though we have Topshop in my country, they don't sell the makeup line here which is a HUGE shame as they're really lovely & quite cheap. While in Vegas though, after a visit to Nordstrom, we dropped by Topshop at the Fashion Show Mall. I didn't buy any clothes because the markup was ridiculous. But imagine my delight when I saw their itty bitty counter full of makeup! I'm still pounding my head on the wall for not buying more blushes, but seeing as I just burned a hole in my wallet at Nordstrom, I wasn't really thinking clearly!

Topshop described Head Over Heels ($12) as "Coral," but it pulls more pink on me than peach/orange. To be honest, I'd have to described it as a milky pink shade which is rather perfect for daytime wear. It gives you such a natural flush, that it's almost impossible to mess up or go overboard when applying this. This isn't my first time to use a cream blush, but it's my first time to own a cream to powder blush. & just as expected, it's perfect. Blending it is a breeze - after putting on my foundation, I just tap two (or three) dots of this blush on the apples of my cheeks, then I use my fingers to blend it out. It's a no brainer, really. Wear time is decent, when I don't oil up (or when I blot/powder my face in the middle of the day) it can last the whole day without slipping off my face. For $12, I'd take this over my MAC blushes anytime!

What is your favorite cream blush? :)
